Sticker Design
In-app messaging stickers have become one of the most important features of any messaging apps. It allows users to jazz up their conversations and express themselves without typing, and make messaging more fun and engaging.
We ran designs contests and also worked with individual designers on 99designs.
Managed 40+ design projects with designers from around the world simultaneously. My task was to give detailed creative directions to each designer. Users use stickers to visually express their moods and reactions, so we focused on expressiveness of each character and designing stickers that connect them at an emotional level.
Process

Come up with a concept
Conduct market research and see what kind of stickers are trending

Deliver the concept to a designer
give designer a rough sketch of what we have in mind

Start designing
The key is to provide as clear and detailed directions as possible
4.
Make revisions
Go back and forth with the designer until we are satisfied
